Exchange and Return Policy

At Silk Ethnics, every saree is handcrafted and carefully curated. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

  1. Exchange requests are to be raised within 2 days of delivery of the product.
  2. We offer exchange support in the following cases:

             • If you have received an incorrect / damaged product.

             • If the product doesnot meet your expectations in terms of colour,                  texture, overall feel.

       3. To be eligible for an exchange:

              • The saree must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

              •  Original tags and packaging must be intact.

              •  The product should be returned in the same condition as                                received.

 

Important notes on Exchange 

• Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

• Exchanges are subjected to product availability.

• If the selected exchange product has a price difference, the same will be adjusted accordingly.

• In case an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued at our discretion.

 

Returns & Refunds

  1. Return with reund are accepted only in case of:

               • Incorrect product received.

               • Damaged product (with clear opening video)

       2. Approval of refunds are processed to the original payment methiod               within 5-7 working days.

Once a returned / Exchanged product is received, it will undergo a quality verification process.

• Refunds / credit notes apply to the product value only.

• Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

Out of India orders:
We do not accept exchange/ returns for orders from countries outside India.
