It all started for the love of sarees.

Twenty years of being an academician meant sarees became a natural part of both my personal and professional life. And the love for sarees gradually turned into a fascination for handcrafted weaves.

The stories behind the weaves, and the incredible richness of Indian handloom heritage made me increasingly curious.

Building a handloom saree brand that remained connected to the humblest origins of the weaves, became my natural calling.
